Depending on the refund type, there is a different period of time to complete the refund request, it can take up to 20 working days for a Visa Refusal, 40 working days for a Visa Withdrawal, and 30 days for other types of refunds.

If the refund request is due to a visa refusal, please include the Visa Refusal Letter and the Statement of Purpose (SoP) used in the application process. This will greatly assist with the time needed to process the refund request.
