The IBAT College Refer Offer that enables IBAT students to earn a Reward by recommending a Friend. To participate, the IBAT student and Friend must agree to these Referral Offer Terms and Conditions and our Privacy policy.

To participate, IBAT Students and their Friends must agree to the Terms and Conditions below.

Definitions:

• "Eligible Referrer " means a past IBAT Student or Applicant who meets the following conditions:
• An IBAT student or enrolled on any IBAT course before April 2025 or IBAT Applicant who applied for any IBAT course before April 2025.
• "Eligible Referred Friend" means a Friend of a past IBAT Student or Applicant who meets the following conditions:
• A Referred friend of a past IBAT student or Applicant can enrol onto any IBAT Diploma course starting in April, June Sept 2025.
• "Eligible Referral" means someone who meets all the following conditions:
• Any potential applicant/lead who registers for an IBAT course, who is neither a current nor pending applicant, and is not a currently an IBAT Student.  
• “Reward" means:
• An "Eligible Referrer" can avail of the "Reward" of a free Online Diploma course starting in April and June or Sept 2025 September 2025 only.
  An “Eligible Referred Friend” can avail of the "Reward" of a discount their first enrolled IBAT Diploma course starting in April and June 2025 only, and can avail of a second free Online Diploma course starting in April and June or Sept 2025 only.

Terms and Conditions:

General:

• The second free Diploma course “Reward will only be given to an "Eligible Referred Friend" after they have paid their course fees in full, including any other outstanding balance on the first Diploma course, only then can the “Reward” be claimed.
• The free Diploma course “Reward” is non-transferable and cannot be given to another party, it only be claimed by the original "Eligible Referred Friend” who booked their initial Diploma course starting in April, June or Sept 2025.
• The free Diploma course “Reward” can be applied to any subsequent Diploma course from the day the referral is received by IBAT up to the 30^th of June 2025.
• The free Diploma course “Reward” offer terminates on the 30^th of June 2025; an “Eligible Referred Friend" who enrols onto a Diploma course after this date will not be eligible to receive the second free Diploma course “Reward”.
• The free Diploma course “Reward” cannot be applied retrospectively to any past applications or enrolment before April 2025 or before the “Reward” offer was communicated.
• An "Eligible Referrer" who enrols on the first Diploma course starting in April, June or 2025 must start the second free Diploma “Reward” course by 30^th September 2025.
• An "Eligible Referred Friend" who enrols on the first Diploma course must pay their course fees in full and any outstanding balance before they can to avail of the second free Diploma “Reward”.
• An "Eligible Referred Friend" who enrols on the first Diploma course starting in April, June or 2025 and has paid their course fees in full and then decides to defer, must start the second free Diploma course “Reward” by the 30^th September 2025.
• An "Eligible Referred Friend" who enrols for their first Diploma course in April, June or Sept 2025 cannot defer their second free Diploma course “Reward” beyond the 30^{th of} September 2025.
• A free Diploma course “Reward” can be be claimed from the date of enrolment, and up to, but not exceeding 30^th September 2025.
• A free Diploma course “Reward” covers all internal course fees, but excludes any other additional payments to external third parties including the registration fee for the PMI/PMP Exam Prep.
• An "Eligible Referrer" can only avail a free Diploma course “Reward”  when they have paid their course fees in full or have signed an agreed payment plan and are honouring the payment terms.
• A free Diploma course “Reward” course selected cannot exceed the normal price of the first course by more than €200 and is limited to €1,300 (excluding any additional payments to third parties).
• A free Diploma course “Reward” cannot be applied retrospectively to any past referrals outside this Referral Offer.

Multiple Referrals:

• A free Diploma course “Reward” is based solely on the "Eligible Referred Friend" who meets the conditions specified above.
• An "Eligible Referrer" may make multiple referrals and for each "Eligible Referred Friend" who enrols has paid their course fees in full, IBAT College will provide a “Reward” to the corresponding "Eligible Referrer".
• If the same “Eligible Referral” comes from multiple "Eligible Referrers", then only the first referral from the designated "Eligible Referrer" will be eligible to receive a “Reward”.
• A “Reward” will be given for each “Eligible Referral” by an "Eligible Referrer" and only when the "Eligible Referred Friend" has paid all outstanding course fees in full or has signed an agreed payment plan and are honouring the payment terms.
• Any subsequent course enrolments or services made by the “Eligible Referral Friend” will not qualify the "Eligible Referrer" for an additional “Reward”.

Termination and Change:

• IBAT College reserves the right to review each "Reward" on its own merits and may decide to change the commencement dates of any free Diploma course to a later date if availability is limited, the course is fully booked, or the course is cancelled.
• IBAT College may suspend or terminate the "Reward" offer at any time for any reason.
• IBAT College reserves the right to suspend accounts or deny any "Reward" if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent.
• IBAT College can update these T&C’s at any time without prior notice.
• If IBAT College modifies these T&C’s, the modification will be posted on the IBAT College website, and such modification is effective upon posting.
• Continued participation in the "Reward" offer after any modification shall constitute consent to such modification.
